I am the queen of overly ambitous to do lists. It is important to not overwhelm your day with unnecessary tasks or chores. If you set out to achieve an impossible number of tasks, you are guarenteed to feel unaccomplished at the end of the day. It is good to set achievable goals each day!
I am vulnerable here and I am trying very hard to learn what is best for me.
