    I am the queen of overly ambitous to do lists. It is important to not overwhelm your day with unnecessary tasks or chores. If you set out to achieve an impossible number of tasks, you are guarenteed to feel unaccomplished at the end of the day. It is good to set achievable goals each day!

    written April 2, 2017 Perhaps the time has come to stop blaming. There does not always need to be a “guilty” person.  You do not need someone else to be in the wrong for things to make sense. Often the culprit proves to be none other than our humanity showing through our shells. Sometimes, hurting is simply a way of our heart reminding us that we need to love better.
